Hey everyone!

Checking in at the end of a long but good Wednesday on the working front. How was your Wednesday? Anything wacky or wonderful happen (that about taps out my alliteration for this post)? ;)

In the spirit of being half way through the week and keeping with the theme of alliteration, I decided to give you guys a workout to bust through the rest of the week's plateau. And so, without further ado, here it is, in pinnable AND video form (please disregard the arrow that I left in the photo down below!):

Snapz Pro XScreenSnapz001

Check out the video below for examples of each move:

I finished off 5 rounds of this workout and enjoyed it a ton (although I had to use my feet against the wall a bit to help me up with the pull ups at the end!).

Earlier in the day (like I said, it was a long day and I had plenty of breaks between clients!), I also ran an "okay" 6 miles today on the treadmill. Mentally I wasn't there and had to stop and walk for a few seconds every mile before going again, but I think the real issue is that lately I don't warm up until about 2 or 3 miles into my runs. I felt WAY better as I got going and almost thought of going to 7 miles, but just sped up at the end and pushed hard, good tunes pushing me faster with each mile.

Thanks for all your encouraging comments about my new job! I'm slowly filling up my schedule more and getting to know members around the club. It's been fun despite the long hours spent simply being there, but I know that's all part of building your clientele and getting adjusted to a new place. Your comments and encouragements have truly lifted my heart this week!

On that note, I'm going to go watch Survivor with my husband - I'm one tired trainer and I'm getting used to early morning commuting!

Fill me in! I've been absent from blog land and need to get caught up on your exciting lives! :D I hope you're fueling well, enjoying good workouts and keeping your eyes open to meet the needs of others around you.

Live well & be well, friends!

Thanks for your kind comments, Sabrina! Yes, my boss and the people at the gym know about my blog - not sure if they read, but they know about it. ;) Hope you're feeling better!

So glad to hear about the job progress, Bon! I think you'll do great in any venue! I've been thinking - we need to meet IRL! When will you be in North Carolina next? ;)

IRL - YES! And North Carolina? Oh boy...not sure about that one...you planning any trips to Calgary?! ;) If it weren't for our family holidays overlapping BLEND, you KNOW I would be there in Colorado to meet you! I wish it was possible...I'll keep getting to know you online and truly anticipate the day we can work out together, laugh together, meet each other's fam, and share a bowl (or two) of ice cream and cereal. ;)
